Principle Responsibilities

To moderate the roleplay server and Discord server; support server members and offer guidance.

In particular:

  • Resolve disputes

  • Resolve moderation incidents

  • Take appropriate action to uphold server rules

  • Deal with members who may be stressed, upset and/or distraught

  • Managing, sharing and viewing sensitive information

  • Accurately record reports of incidents or information and intelligence

  • Provide information, advice, guidance and resolution to queries from members
